A leading in its area of expertise company is expanding its’ activities related to business-to-business e-invoicing networking. For our team in Sofia, we are looking for a Campaign Data Coordinator to make analysis and preparation of data for client campaigns.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 1-2 year(s) working experience in data analytics;
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply if your degree includes analytics e.g. Maths;
• Expert user of Excel for analytics;
• Excellent level of English (both written and oral).


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract, reformat, merge and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel;
• Use internal tools to analyse data;
• Run data verification checks such as compliance;
• Execute major data analysis pre-campaign ;
• Further data analysis post-campaign;
• Perform data loads into Salesforce, suppressions and data updates as required;
• Prepare email distribution lists;
• Work closely with campaign owners to deliver to client expectations, taking full ownership of tasks assigned to them and coordinate with other teams where necessary;
• Provide administrative support for campaigns post-release.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess University Degree in Business, Communications, IT or equivalent.
