Job role:

As Content Analyst, you will have the opportunity to use your robust knowledge of content technologies and standards to contribute to the internal and external content creation for the Customer Success team. Your work will help to streamline and manage the content lifecycle as well as keep company on the cutting edge of technologies and standards.


Requirements:
Experience with HTML
Excellent English language
Experience producing/editing videos and interactive presentations
Experience producing and conducting operational and technical training/documentation
Understanding of document/knowledge methodology
Attention to quality and concise writing
Ability to work effectively using different media solutions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with SalesForce Service Cloud is an advantage
