For our client, we are looking for a professional to join their team as:

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

• Installation and integration of multifunctional devices, printers and other related IT equipment in customer environment.
• Repair or fix issues arises from hardware and or software fault.
• Identification, analyzing and repair of products failures, orders replacement parts as required5.
• Installation and support of different software applications at customer site.
• Interact with customer, solve application related questions, forward questions to main office and retransmit answers to customer.
• Work closely with Field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage workflow and communication.

Requirements:

• University degree (Engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications / IT, computer science)
• Experience in Maintenance and support of IT equipment and peripheries - at least 3 years
• High communication skills, responsible, dynamic person able to work under stress and pressure
Knowledge in Windows - Win server 2003/2008, MS SQL , MAC OS, MS Domain structure and networks, network protocols and principals
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to deal with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Fluent English
• Driving license
