Windows Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Service ticket handling;
• Installation support onsite and via remote access;
• Cooperation in system tests;
• Training and workshops for customer and service staff;
• Close collaboration with first and third level support;
• Root cause analysis of technical problem;
• Consulting and planning of Implementation;

The suitable candidate must have:

• Technical school or technical university degree;
• Technical skills in Microsoft Active Directory based environment
• Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Sharepoint Server, Microsoft Lync Server
• Proficiency in French/German and English
• Previous technical support experience is considered an advantage
• Very good analytic skills;
