Experian is presented in Bulgaria since 2005 with a head count of more than 500 people by July 2016 as one-third of them work for the RD center which is one of the strategic delivery centers of the company. Prove ID is one of the products that are being developed on site.

We are currently expanding our Sofia Delivery Centre and looking for Senior Business Support Analyst to join our growing team. The team is contributing to client delivery and service levels by providing 2nd line business related product support to clients using the Experian product set. Main responsibilities will include dealing with live product configuration incidents (investigate & fix), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation) and system optimisations.

Responsibilities:
Perform complex case investigation to identify causes of software problems at product or data level and responsible for the resolution of the problem;
Estimate, design and produce specifications for medium to large size solution change requests;
Follow standard software delivery methodology including creation and maintenance of solution documentation;
Perform Solution reviews and produce optimisation proposal documents;
Responsible for the daily workload distribution and prioritization of junior team members;
Act on escalations raised by junior team members;
Client management at peer and senior level;
Responsible for the overall SLA and KPI monitoring on team level.

The successful candidate will have:
University degree or equivalent standard with a high-numeric/IT/business content;
Experience in customer focused business or technical support function;
Experience in software solution configuration;
Advanced technical understanding of solution architecture in a business context;
Good understanding of the solution delivery lifecycle;
Experience in general purpose IT packages;
Knowledge and/or experience with XML, SQL, SoapUI and web services;
Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
Personal organization skills and teamwork;
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural team;
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Flexibility to travel in line with business needs.
