Responsibilities:
Software configuration, test and support - configure and test Experian Decision Analytics software according to specifications
Identify potential problems in the delivery and take ownership for the resolution
Follow software delivery lifecycle process including creation and maintenance of project documentation
Information gathering - work with customers to understand requirements and take part in client workshops
Data analysis - extract, formulate and manipulate data to create structured samples necessary to address business requirements

Requirements:
University degree or equivalent standard with a high-numeric/IT/business content
Basic experience in software solution configuration
Basic experience in general purpose IT packages
Understanding of the solution delivery lifecycle
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Personal organization skills and teamwork
Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural team
Fluency in spoken and written English
Flexibility to travel in line with business needs
The following skills and abilities will be considered as an advantage:
Knowledge and/or experience with XML; SQL; web services; Java; JIRA, SoapUI
