Experian is currently looking for a Software Team Manager for its Sofia based Fraud and ID Development Division in Experian Decision Analytics

Responsibilities:
Hands-on technical leader for the Device team of the Experian Sofia office
Promote company values through coaching and leadership
Create best practices, processes, and procedures for the development of a constantly evolving and improving SaaS applications platform
Provide corrective and assertive feedback in timely and constructive fashion to help develop people
Maintain team motivation by keeping people challenged and empowered
Ensure proper team education and experience advancement through internal and external educations, encouraging self-learning and applying proper coaching
Build successor(s) through delegation and empowerment
Define and carry out strategic goals in conjunction with business demands and company values and practices
Ensure productive Agile and Continuous Delivery processes and practices are followed.
Ensure best practices in development and testing are followed and improved through encouraging feedback loops, metrics collection and analysis
Empower teams and people to make decisions and take responsibility
Keep teams’ focus and ensure their fulfillment from achieved goals
Maintain good communication, collaboration and relationships with distant teams working on the product
Engage in both business and technical aspects of the product to a level where you can be an effective contributor in daily activities and strategic planning
Take key role in the recruitment of specialists for the teams you’ll manage
Take key role in shaping and staffing the teams with proper skillsets and attitudes
Travel outside Bulgaria when required

Requirements:
Fluency in English
Minimum 3 years proven agile management track
Minimum 5 years technical hands-on experience, preferably working on SaaS
Minimum of 5 years programming experience in Java
Very good understanding of the concepts and patterns of OOP
In-depth knowledge with collections, concurrency and generics
Knowledge in Spring technologies
Hands on experience with SaaS solution
Skills and experience with design patterns and architectures
Skills and experience with enterprise systems and applications
Experience in Continuous delivery
Understanding of the concepts of Agile and DevOps
Basic experience and knowledge with Linux
Understanding of contemporary concepts and tools for efficient development and deployment
Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with software development teams based in other countries
Coaching and leadership skills
Tendency to avoid intrigues and backstage games
Self-organization, efficiency, good time and task management
Product and team responsibility
High motivation for all learning, acquiring of new skills and growth
Ability to work in a team and achieve team goals
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
