Our current client is a leading global business process outsourcing company with strong presence on the Bulgarian market. On their behalf, we are currently looking for talented and motivated Customer Experiеnce Specialists with English who would like to join their new project and support the customers of a well-renowned UK telecommunications services provider.

Responsibilities:
Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

Requirements:
Level of English language B2;
Excellent communication skills;
Positive and responsive approach to communication;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions;
Excellent computer literacy – MS Office;
Excellent skills to prioritize and manage time;
Ability to work in a team;
High level of self-discipline, confidentiality, and precision.
Previous experience in communication and customer service will be considered an advantage.
