Service Engineer - Electrical Pumps

For one of our trusted clients we are currently looking to hire an experienced Service Engineer with a background in electrical equipment and pumps.

Your Tasks:
• Perform all service activities including customer visits, telephone contacts on the teritory of Bulgaria.
• Perform installation, adjustment and commissioning of water treatment and measuring systems.
• Solve software and hardware problems into controllers, sensors and water treatment systems.
• Maintain and develop excellent customer relationships.
• Identify and implement new business opportunities via prospecting, qualifying and assessing information.
• Maintain customer activity files, keep track with forecasts and other reporting needs.
• Collect and report information on all competitive activities on visited customers.

Your Profile:
• University/College degree in Engineering (preferably in electronics, automatics, chemistry and/or water treatment area).
• At least 3 years of relevant Service experience working with similar products and services at an international company.
• Good communication knowledge of English
• Result oriented developer with good analytical skills.
• Proven track record of quality customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability for multi-tasking and working under pressure.
• Ability to solve software and hardware problems into controllers and sensors.
• High mobility and willingness to travel.
• Clean Driving Licence Cat. B.
