C3i Healthcare Connections, a division of Telerex is an American company, leading provider of technical support services for life sciences companies worldwide. We operate in the field of Information technologies (IT) and their application for the needs of the Pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organizations. Since we had opened the office in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2005, we managed to attract many talented and motivated people and helped them develop their potential.

To ensure the expansion of our Operations Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria we are now looking to recruit a CRM Administrator.

The CRM Administrator is an expert in various CRM systems and applications and is responsible for providing Tier II support to clients. Resolving requests and system/applications administration is the main focus of the role.


Main responsibilities:

• Perform ticket creation, categorization, assignment and follow-up distribution. Communicate issues to the Client and the management;
• Monitor batch jobs, perform troubleshooting of incidents and fulfill requests;
• Independently resolve issues within the area of expertise or escalate to the appropriate level of competence;
• Proactively investigate recurring issues and develop knowledge articles in the knowledge base;
• Support testing of enhancements or changes of existing systems and applications;
• Implement system changes and configurations;
• Follow-up on the Tier II team’s pending activities, open requests and incidents and help drive them toward resolution;
• Resolve complex Tier II technical issues;
• Assist the Tier II team on internally escalated cases;
• Collaborate with the Tier II team and engage Sr. CRM Administrator to resolve issues and find improvement opportunities and create value for the Client and C3i;
• Perform quality check of the Tier II team’s production work;
• Train new hires, share knowledge and experience with peers to constantly increase capabilities of the Tier II team;


Job requirements:

• Strong understanding of CRM and related technologies: SQL, SFDC, VEEVA, Informatica, Database administration, HTML Coding, QlikView, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SCCM;
• Cooperativeness and team work orientation;
• Process orientation, capability to analyze and improve processes;
• Very good judgment and decision making;
• Customer Service Orientation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;


Education:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent experience;
• VEEVA/ SalesForce.com certification required;
• MCSA certification preferred;
• MCSE or Oracle certification preferred.


Experience:

• 2 years of experience in systems and applications administration preferred;
• 1 year of experience in Quality assurance and Quality check of Tier II support preferred;
• 2 years of experience with Active Directory / Microsoft Exchange preferred;
• Support center environment experience preferred;
