We operate in the field of Information technologies (IT) and their application for the needs of the Pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organizations. Since we had opened the office in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2005, we managed to attract many talented and motivated people and helped them develop their potential.

To ensure the expansion of our Operations Center in Sofia, Bulgaria we are now looking to recruit Part-time Facility Maintenance Officer.

The Facility Maintenance officer is primarily responsible for inspecting office premises to identify maintenance issues and resolve them.

Main responsibilities:
• Inspect office premises and other structures to detect malfunctions and taking steps to eliminate them.
• Work with the company vendors and service providers to ensure timely repair of equipment or infrastructure.
• Responsible for the organization and execution of office refreshment projects, new office furnishing, equipment or furniture removals.
• Perform minor constructional maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of furniture or other equipment.
• Install attachments and accessories at user work stations if to provide for ease of work.

Requirements:
• Very good communication skills
• Organizational skills – time management, prioritization
• Ability to complete work assignments with a minimum of supervision
• Flexibility towards working hours
• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of English
• Driving license

Work experience:
• One year of experience on similar position is a plus
