Our client is an international production company, now looking for a Logistics officer for their Commercial team in Sofia.

The job role:

• Process the order from Purchase Order database, order entry acknowledgment, order status review shipment pre-alert, fulfillment and delivery;
• Liaise with sales and customers to resolve PO price discrepancy and unbooked orders, as well as with Supply Chain Planning and factory on supply status, follow up closely on delivery schedule to ensure full solutions delivered on time as per promised on site date;
• Prepare data for balance scorecard and KPI reporting;
• Coordinate transport with authorized forward companies – negotiate price and conditions, follow up on regular payments;
•Prepare documents for customs procedures – import/export.


We expect:

• Bachelor University Degree;
• 1-2 years related past experience in supply chain - preferrably;
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking;
• Experience user of ERP (preferred SAP) and Microsoft Excel;
• Good sense and skills of data analysis;
• Proactive, good team player with strong communication skills;
• Attention to detail and follow-up approach.
