YOUR PROFILE:

Experience
• Exposure to Project Management
• Direct experience in analysis of XML, IDOC, CSV, EDI FACT and fixed length data files
• Experienced user of Microsoft package; especially Excel
• Ideally implementation/support based, customer focused and project/account management experience
• 2 years of Account Management/Service Delivery experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to SLA's and experience of managing key customer relationships within a service delivery type role
• Commercial acumen
• AP/AR generic processes

Desirable
Good understanding of the Invoice to payment process
• Broad understanding of VAT
• Industry segment experience
• Experience in creating reports on SLA performance and service availability
• Other main EU language


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serving as the client’s service delivery expert
• Ensuring that system set up is congruent with client defined project goals
• Communicating effectively with clients to identify their needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Manage e-biller clients as needed.
• Involvement in delivery of multiple strategic, high-volume client projects simultaneously.
• Act as technical consultant and escalation point to Supplier Implementation and Support teams. Accept inbound client calls transferred from the Support team for portfolio accounts.
• Act as the initial escalation point should the client not be satisfied with any operational aspect of the service, coordinating resources as required to restore the Client’s satisfaction level.
• Build and/or maintain Supplier relationships at an operational level necessary to ensure delivery to contract.
• Continuously work towards improving the implementation process in conjunction with other team in Service Delivery. Build effective working relationships with all members of Tungsten Network and in particular those of the Service Delivery team.
• Ensure client end users are properly trained in areas of the application related to their job function.
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively; communicating relevant project information to superiors; delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Has a good understanding of invoice data requirements and connectivity methods, as well as of Tungsten Network’s capabilities.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change, managing the process of innovative change effectively.
• Input into continuous improvement of the service delivered to the specific account.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project minimizing our exposure and risk on the project, and ensuring that necessary documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Passing on knowledge and training to others within all of client services.
• Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion; as well as understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Support Strategic Suppliers as identified by management and to deliver a complete solution, including testing and file connectivity, within defined timescales.
