Now, we are looking for Application Support Engineer - monitoring systems

Your daily tasks:
Develop, customize, configure dashboards and create reports within our application
Perform scripting, queries and performance tuning
Work with internal customers and peers to build advanced visualizations
Integrate contextual data into actionable visualizations and develop indicators that identify anomalous activities
Assist in implementing integration with external systems
Troubleshoot and resolve reported problems

Your profile:
Degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant education;
2+ years of experience with programming, scripting and monitoring tools;
Knowledge in one or more of the following tools is an advantage: Splunk, Azure Cloud Monitor, IBM AIOps, Nagios, Microfocus, Datadog, Appdynamics, Power BI, Grafana;
Basic network and application architecture knowledge;
Understanding of design, development and maintenance of enterprise applications and interest in machine learning and data engineering;
Good troubleshooting abilities;
Fluent English, German will be considered as an advantage
