For one of our clients –company, specialized in providing professional sales and customer support to leading IT companies – we are looking for - Junior Technical Sales Engineer.

Our client is a company, specialized in providing professional sales and customer support to leading IT companies. Currently they have an opening for a Junior Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate communication between customers, product management, engineering, customer success and professional services
* Acts as a technical resource to team and customer as needed;
* Working with customers, partners and clients; taking on further admin and tech related activities;
* Work with line manager on streamlining the DCF(Data Capture Form) process and actively participate on process improvement;
* Management of DCF document during the delivery;
* Support the sales team with discovery meetings & integration requirements. Making sure that all technical required information is correctly provided for the implementation;
* Working with customers, partners and clients; taking on further admin and tech related activities;
* Provide feedback to line manager on streamlining the DCF process to help improve the quality and actively participate on process improvement.


Requirements:
* Technical background and experience;
* English, spoken and written;
* Knowledge on IP/IPVPN/EVPN, hosting services, Security services, LAN/WAN Technologies;
* Interest in the ICT market and technologies;
* Team player, ready for new challenges.
