Our client is a powerful all-in-one email service provider that not only enables customers to send transactional and marketing email to their contacts but also better understand them, email after email, campaign after campaign. Their intuitive tools deliver results for both marketing and technology-focused emailers as they give senders the right amount of analytics to get the most value from each campaign and to reach each inbox.

Responsibilities and expectations include:

• Cross data from many systems (and specifically many databases & databases engines - MySQL, Postgres …) to provide reports and/or dashboards.
• Work closely with DBA to develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Building out metrics data collection and reporting dashboards across key UCC services
• Focus on building processes around analytics and metrics gathering to drive data driven decision making.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Специални умения:
• Knowledgeable and capable of building out metrics and analytics dashboards, aggregating days from multiple sources into actionable KPI. • Deep SQL knowledge and skills; • Experience with performing data analysis in PHP, GO or similar; • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques • Advanced knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, Postgres), programming (PHP, Golang) • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel and PowerBI) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Experience • up to 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar fields • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or Statistics, or related fields • Fluency in English - verbally and in writing
