We are looking for a first class Scrum Master to join our team and help lead the process of building up our payment platform as well as internal web applications, in our Sofia Office. This is a great opportunity to make your mark in a growing and fast moving industry.

Responsibilities

Within the LeSS agile delivery environment, perform typical scrum master role including facilitation of ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, show and tell to business;
Be a key influencer for the adoption of agile delivery within scrum teams as well as to the wider business;
Establish solid working relationships with other teams to plan for and manage cross team dependencies and risks;
Act as an ambassador by building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and positively contributing to delivering the highest possible value from the people and technical resources available;

Candidate Requirements

Experience working as a scrum master with a proven track record of delivering high profile, business focused solutions in a fast paced environment;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to on-going organizational improvements;
Have an awareness and appreciation of business intelligence principles and its value within the organization
Awareness and appreciation of the principles of agile delivery styles and methodologies
Ability to lead developments team;
Ability to engage at all levels from senior stakeholders in the business to developers;
Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills;
Ability to work effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams worldwide;
Meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to make good, timely decisions
Ability to multitask and context switch between low level detail and the ‘bigger picture’;
Motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to solve problems effectively;
Software delivery and lifecycle experience;
Previous payments experience would be considered a plus;
Travel will be required
