This dynamic role combines inbound support and proactive outbound contact via email, chat and phone with emphasis on Customer Service and Cross sales activities for their betting clients.

The successful candidate is:

• Fluent in Spanish (B2H-C1) and English (B2H);
• Multitasker able to work in dynamic environment;
• Communicative and able to facilitate exceptional customer service correspondence;
• Open minded and honest individual;
• Able to meet terms and objectives;
• Capable to work on shift schedule, with weekends included.


You will be:

• The first line point of contact for customers for account management queries and resolution handling;
• Contacting customers proactively via chat and phone to promote and upsel following a structured sales process;
• Liaising with other internal departments to assist to resolve customer queries and issues.
