HPE Bulgaria has established an IT Project Services Organization, which developed into one of the top PS Delivery Centers for Infrastructure Project Services operating World Wide. The impeccable service quality, along with traditional hard working, won us a leading industry position for less than two years of operation. For our growing operations, we are looking for SAN and Storage Implementation Engineers with a minimum of two years of experience.

On this position, you will use your expertise to achieve high level of customer satisfaction while involved in medium to high complex projects, building best-in-class solutions in the customer's production environment. Your daily challenge will be designing SAN/Storage infrastructure, argumentation of the chosen approaches and technologies, implementing proposed solutions, implementing solutions designed by third parties, working with different towers and teams to reach the project goals, etc. You will work in environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

Skills and knowledge required (Project Related):

• University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience;
• Planning and Implementing of normal/complex, routine or emergency changes in the related technologies;
• Ability to produce, lead and implement project plans related to the platform/technology in scope;
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Configuration Items (CI’s)
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills;
• Must be able to make decisions under pressure;
• Fluent in English language with excellent communication skills.

Core requirements:
Minimum of two years of practical experience with at least two of the following storage vendors’ products and solutions:

• Hewlett-Packard:
 HP MSA, HP StoreVirtual, HP EVA, HP XP, HP 3PAR StoreServ
• EMC:
 VNX/CLARiiON series, EMC Symmetrix
• HDS
• IBM:
 Storwize, SAN volume Controller, DS8000
• NAS solutions:
 HP StoreAll, HP StoreEasy
 EMC VNX/Celerra
 NetApp
• SAN products and solution:
 Brocade SAN switches, directors and solutions (FCR, FCIP, VF)
 Cisco SAN switches and directors

Knowledge of two or more or the following technologies and software:

• HP EVA BC and CA
• HP XP BC and CA
• HP 3PAR StoreServ local and remote replication
• HP Storage Essentials
• EMC Time Finder
• EMC SRDF
• EMC ECC


Any of the following will be considered an advantage:

• Professional certification in any of the above technologies;
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Windows or Linux server administration;
• Work experience in ITIL environment;
• Cost management and control skills;
• Project work experience.
