CLIENT/PROJECT DETAILS:
Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as centre stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process, our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train, improve and motivate employees to be efficient.
• Track staff to ensure efficiency, to support creativity and forward flexibility to reach their given targets.
• Planning of technical and human resources in the domain, according to the expected projects and development tasks to guarantee the quality and competence of the employees.
• Supply the technical and human resources (internal and external) according to the projects to be developed taking into consideration need qualification budget and available resources to guaranty a fluently process flow.
• Ensure the needed knowledge of the employees according the domain competence.
• Improve the actual PDP (Product Development Process). Prove and implement new development methods and processes.
• Integrate new technologies in the domain with including the advanced development and production technologies in close contact with the R&D Manager to ensure, maintain and improve the technological advantage and progress.
• Ensure the compliance of the committed quality, costs and due date targets of the domain to guarantee a trouble free project flow.
• Supports planning cost center in order to priory’s projects, investments and other costs in order to reach an optimal result for the domain.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Education: technical Master degree according to the domain
 High knowledge in the following topics:

• Internal guidelines and instructions (PDP)
• Important standard requirements need to be known like ISO 16949
• Rules for internal work orders
• Rules for labor-, safety-, fire protection and industrial hygiene

 Excellent PC skills in Office and other domain specific instruments and programs
 Professional work experience at least 5 years in a related job to this position
 Language skills: Excellent knowledge in English (German in advance)
 Soft skills: communicative, proactive, team building, presentation skills and stress resistance
