You will use your expertise to achieve high level of customer satisfaction by implementing/supporting state- of- art solutions and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment. Your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and implementing changes, coordinating implementations and system management. You will work in environment where fast educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

We are looking for Windows Administrators with 2 or more years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Server Build related activities for our global clients.
- Able to work through Ticketing tools, Phone, Email or Chat as applicable.
- Adhere to Server Build and implementation processes and guidelines.
- Escalate issues to project team members, requestor and/or other parties engaged in Server Build process as and when required.
- Creation of documentation, reporting and trend analysis.
- Ensure notifications to requestors are sent on time and follow-ups are happening as required.
- Should be willing to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability etc...).
- Be actively involved in automating and improving the already established Server Build processes; provide recommendations to improve the process and procedures and address critical issues and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

- Build & Deployment of Virtual and Physical servers.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System platforms (MS Windows 200x)
- At least 2 years practical experience in MS Windows platform administration in Enterprise environment.
- Server Hardware knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in Server Virtualization technologies (VMware, HyperV)
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or IT equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English language
- Service oriented behavior and good communication skills to internal and external clients
- Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Team player
