Our client is looking for a Senior .NET Lead Developer who cares about software excellence. They want people who are mindful of latest technology trends and tools and have a sharp sense of how to adopt the most appropriate technology to develop solutions that delight their clients.
As an experienced Senior .NET Lead Developer, you will engage with the product at every stage, from design, through testing and then into production and support. You will support the business in delivering a top class customer experience to their partners around the globe by ensuring maximum operability of their systems.
Uptime, response time and customer responsiveness are paramount.
You will need a broad skill set, able to support build, release, monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting, all this across a range of hardware systems, batch processes, applications, network devices and databases.
You will need to stay abreast of current technologies and contribute and participate in the analysis and recommendation of new strategies and/or technologies.

Your Skills
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
∙ Excellent knowledge of .NET Frameworks (C# / VB.NET / ASP.NET) and object oriented concept
∙ Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery and Bootstrap
∙ Experience with ASP .NET MVC, Web API, Forms
∙ Experience with coaching and mentoring more inexperienced developers
∙ Good knowledge of WCF Services
∙ Good database skills (SQL Server, SharePoint)
∙ Experience in working with JIRA,Confluence and Stash
∙ Experience of working in an agile environment
∙ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∙ A passion for software development and a commitment to delivering a great user experience
∙ An insatiable appetite for learning new skills and constantly improving existing ones
∙ Fluent in written and spoken English

Even better stuff you might have
∙ Knowledge of German language
∙ Knowledge of mobile development (iOS and Android)
∙ Skills with: Resharper, NHibernate, Dapper, SimpleCRUD, LESS/SASS frameworks
∙ Experience working with Git
∙ Previous experience leading small teams of developers
