Your responsibilities will include:

• Help the corporate clients of DXC Technology with different technical issues;
• Consult CZECH speaking clients about the specifications of the company’s products;
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.
To be a successful Customer Service Representative you should have:

• Fluency in Czech language;
• Very good level of English language;
• Excellent customer and communication skills;
• Advanced Microsoft office skills;
• Exceptional ability to learn new skills.
