We're now hiring an Account Manager to work on our products at our R&D center in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this position, you’ll have the following duties:
•Handle inbound contacts by phone, e-mail and live chat like a boss.
•Become an expert in Internet and encryption technologies.
•Make a meaningful difference to engaged customers.
•Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies in order to facilitate personal or corporate goals.
•Understand your market in order to deliver appropriate products and services.
Requirements
In order to successfully fulfil this position, you need to fit the following profile:
•You’re fluent in English. Another European language is a plus.
•You’re experienced in sales in a technical environment.
•You have experience in B2B selling and servicing technology products or services to corporations.
•You have general knowledge of IT and computer software.
•You have willingness and aptitude to learn about Internet communications and encryption technologies.
•You can diagnose, identify and solve problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools and systems.
