We're now hiring a Software Business Analyst to join our Software Engineering team at our R&D center in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this position, you’ll have the following duties:
•Interfaces with business stakeholders to understand workflows and application requirements.
•Gathers, prepares, and documents development requirements using a SCRUM format.
•Develops and manages project plans/timelines
•Captures and maintains a list of application issues/defects.
•Coordinates with the software team for changes implementation.
•Supports tests and quality assurance pre and post deployment in production.
•Creates reports for business stakeholders and customers.
•Researches application issues to determine root cause and possible remediation.
•Acts as single point of contact for operational and customer facing product issues.
Requirements
In order to successfully fulfil this position, you need to fit the following profile:
•3+ year's IT experience preferably in software product engineering
•Experience with complex and large-scale systems
•Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
•Quality assurance testing skills and experience
•Experience with MS Office suite
•Experience implementing and supporting proprietary software
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to do independent research and root-cause analysis
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related degree
