We are looking for a person with fluent Arabic&English plus computer skills. Spanish and other languages should be consider as a big advantage.
Duties required:
• Handling customers accounts, solving account problems and providing information via emails, telephone and on-line chat.
• Proactive communication with customers to increase customer retention and value.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide support for self-trading FX clients from all over the world.
• Discuss financial markets and major factors and make connection between them.

The ideal candidate has:
• Arabic and English– verbal and written, native speaker level.
• Spanish and other languages should be consider as a big advantage.
• Previous working experience as a Customer support.
• Experience with Forex is considered as a big advantage.
• You’ll be able to think outside the box, and have the desire to pull out all the stops to solve the issue.
• Able to demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
