We are looking for a motivated individual to our client's team as a Recruitment Specialist for our Non-IT recruitment division.


Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, headhunter or within a recruitment agency
• An active, hardworking, enthusiastic nature and a willingness to work overtime
• Natural networking ability and a love of meeting new people
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills

What you will be doing:

• Publish job advertisements;
• Support recruitment campaigns for Bulgaria and any other locations of the company;
• Source candidates through different channels, manage relations with candidates;
• Build recruitment strategies to identify best talents;
• Conduct phone interviews and language/skills evaluations;
• Organize and conduct face-to-face interviews;
• Provide feedback to the candidates;
• Communicate with hiring managers;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
