Currently we are looking Junior Oracle Database Support Engineer to work on-site with our customer DXC technology, providing remote server and application support. The job purpose is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer’s production environment.


Main duties will include:

- Administration of Oracle databases
- Database backup & restore
- Collaboration with other service delivery units


Requirements:

- Knowledge/work experience in Unix/Linux platforms (HP-UX, Linux – any flavour Solaris, AIX)
- Certification in Unix platform or Oracle database administration will be considered as an advantage.
- Good in English in both writing and speaking
- Willingness to work on shifts (including night shifts)
