We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a proactive approach to recruitment in searching for talent, networking and building relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements.
• Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups, job sites, social networking sites and internet search facilities, in addition to assigned job platforms;
• Lead end to end recruitment process
• Maintain an up to date tracking sheet of all candidates
• Providing application and interview feedback to candidates


YOUR PROFILE:

• 1 -3 years of hands-on recruiting experience using different sources
• Headhunter experience;
• Recruitment experience through LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills;
• Motivated self-starter and creative problem-solver that’s comfortable working in a fast-paced
entrepreneurial environment.
• Proactive, positive and can-do attitude;
• Analytical & problem solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent time management skills, capable to work under pressure and deliver results within strict deadlines;
• Excellent work ethic and professional approach to colleagues.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Relevant educational background – preferably in the area of Human resources studies, Sociology or other disciplines with focus on working with people and social interaction;
