Currently, the company is in process of opening an office and building a new team in Varna, Bulgaria and together we are looking for a motivated and experienced:
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
The requirements are:
- Previous professional experience in help desk support and/or Service Management in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or demonstrable experience in leading virtual teams
- Excellent command of English - both written and spoken (knowledge of other foreign languages would be considered an advantage)
- Working knowledge of CMS software, databases and remote control
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
