For one of our clients – one of the world leaders in the outsourcing business – we are looking for Telecom Operator with Romanian.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Respond to all incoming calls, assist customers in obtaining information, directions, and services;
* Increase customer’s satisfaction using all resources available;
* Summarize information and provide recommendations regarding appropriate action and follow-up;
* Review, confirm and enter phone and online customer orders.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Romanian;
* Good level of English- at least level B1;
* Zero or more years of professional experience;
* Good listening and communication skills.
