Responsibilities:
-Responsible for planning team work to execute project and deliver quality software products.
-Controls the plan execution having full command and control responsibilities against the people within his teams into the project
-Coordinates the work across several teams.
-Responsible for the setting objectives and creating personal development plans for their team.
-Responsible for production of solution and software architecture and communication of the architecture to development teams to enable the efficient build of the solutions.
-Contributes ideas and suggestions for enterprise architecture to enable the best solution.

Requirements:
-Strong technical experience in into the software development
-Very good process understanding of software development
-Strong communication skills
-Strong management abilities
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-A thorough understanding of particular domain of products and services and their use by clients
-Experience of working into cross functional teams
-IT Degree level required
-IT certificates into the domain of knowledge
