Position Title: Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a new colleague to join Experian Global Finance Services (GFS). Recently voted as one of the Top 20 Shared Service Organisations by SSON analytics, we are committed to continuous improvement. Global Finance Services is the fastest growing area of the Experian finance team with c 50% of the Experian Finance roles within this organisation. Global Finance Services is based in 4 main locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Santiago, Chile with satellite offices in Nottingham, UK and Costa Mesa, US.

Responsibilities:

Support EMEA markets for month-end activities, forecasting and budgeting
Work with the relevant business stakeholders and finance teams to understand actuals and prepare forecast
Produce monthly reporting for the FD of the cluster
Be responsible for the monthly headcount reporting
Support seniors with ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
Data quality checks and deal closing in the systems

Requirements:

University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant numerate science
1 year of experience on FP&A role in a multi-national business environment in accordance with IFRS
Good understanding of financial management information
Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
Proficiency with MS Excel
Highly logical, numerate individual with an unfaltering attention to detail
Fluency in English
