Position Title: Solutions Analyst

As a Solutions Analyst, you will join our growing team of Solution Delivery Experts to develop professionally in the expanding field of software system implementation.
From fraud management to client acquisition solutions, our software delivery experts configure, test and implement the full spectrum of products and services we offer worldwide to our clients in the financial, banking, telecom sectors (and that’s only to name a few).

Responsibilities:
Configure and parametrize Experian software according pre-defined specifications
Perform unit testing of configured components
Works with customers to understand requirements
Formulate business requirements for customer solutions
Independently configure and, where appropriate, supervise others in the configuration of Experian DA software according to specifications
Test software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified, and amend where appropriate. Ensure quality and accuracy of own work and the work of Analysts on the project.
Identify potential problems in the end to end process and take ownership for the resolution including escalation and follow-up after analysis and execution of well-defined tests
Follow software delivery lifecycle process and input into the accurate assessment of the work that needs to be undertaken to define and maintain a project plan.
Follow EDA documented procedures, including creation and responsibility for production of project documentation and contribute to the preparation of regular project status reports to both internal and external parties
Proactively identify potential risks in achieving project timescales, taking pro-active action to minimize risk

Requirements:
University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric and/or IT content
A minimum of 2 years related experience
Significant experience of software solution design and configuration
Knowledge and/or experience with XML; SQL and Java;
Ability to assist clients in implementing and testing new solutions
Understanding the software delivery lifecycle
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
