• Review and take ownership of incoming cases in the Remote Installation queue.
• Responsible for checking the pre-installation system requirements for IRS deployment.
• Assist customers in all deployment steps in compliance with the HPE processes and guidelines.
• Verify that communication between all deployed devices of the customers to the HPE system and tools is working properly.
• Protocol the actions taken inside the Proactive care case into all relevant HPE tracking tools and systems.
• Close each case with the respective resolution code in all relevant tools and systems
• Timely elevation and/or escalation of complex problems.
• Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously without supervision.
• Be compliant with all internal rules, policies and procedures, and ensure performance as per all work instructions and/or orders (written or oral), legally assigned by the direct manager, by officials acting for the direct manager or by any manager of a hierarchical level higher than the direct manager.

Fluent in verbal and written English
• Fluent in Spanish or French
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year, customer facing experience face to face/remotely
• Technical background is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills
• High skills and engagement to work directly with customers
• Ability to explain complex technical terms and processes
• Ability to operate effectively within a virtual team
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
