For one of our clients – one of the largest contact centre providers in the world – we are looking for System Administrator with German.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Resolves clients' questions or problems over the telephone/e-mail or chat;
* Research customer technical issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with the customer with recommendations and action plans.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English and German or French- C1;
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012;
* Experience and proficiency with a variety of System tools including: Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, MS Windows, Openstack;
* Experience working with Oracle databases;
* Knowledge of relational databases MySql, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server;
* Demonstrated ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving.
