We are looking for Windows Deep Technical Support Engineer to work on-site with one of our customers, providing remote server support

The Windows Deep Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering operational services to outsourcing accounts on time, on target with quality. He/she focuses on continuous operations, Incident and change management of supported servers. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and predefined Service Level Agreements.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent certifications
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English language

Technical skills:

• Excellent knowledge of currently supported (mainstream or extended MS support) MS Windows server platforms
• Performance, Reliability and Event Logs’ analysis
• Server’s performance evaluation and health checks
• File and print services management
• Security and Protection
• OS backup and restore
• OS monitoring
• Device management
• Disk management (local and remote attached)
• General System Administration
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Services
• Excellent knowledge of User Account Administration
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Clustering
• Good knowledge of Microsoft network services management
• Good troubleshooting of network issues
• Good knowledge of MS proxy and firewall solutions
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Forefront solution center
• Good knowledge of Terminal services
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Patch Management
• Basic knowledge in scripting
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft-based WEB services
• Good knowledge of Virtualization technologies
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft solutions for unified system management, remote deployment and update services
• Good knowledge of Cloud management
• Good knowledge of MS Encryption solution
• Good knowledge of managing Enterprise Antivirus solutions
• Excellent knowledge in External Disk Arrays and RAID configurations and related storage protocols
• Excellent knowledge of Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
• Good knowledge of Standard HP tools for monitoring/ deployment/ management/ troubleshooting
