For one of our clients – a leading company in the BPO – we are looking for Experienced BI Analyst – Qlikview.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deep understanding of processes and data – provide expertise in defining root causes, propose optimizations and improve reporting process;
* Ensure company data is complete, accurate and up-to-date;
* Translate business needs into specific requirements and project components to help determine business solutions;
* Risk identification – keeping Managerial staff updated about potential risks that have been discovered;
* Report design, implementation and improvement;
* Assist team members in the creating of functional requirements for tools development;
* Configure elements of solution design – visualization and UX;
* Ensure that intelligence is consistent with the defined needs;
* All other legally permissible tasks requested by the line manager,

Requirements:
* University degree in a technical or business discipline;
* A minimum of 3 years of related experience;
* Solid QlikView / Qlik Sense and/or Tableau development experience;
* Good T-SQL/ PL-SQL coding skills;
* Data modelling experience;
* Broad knowledge of BI tools & techniques;
* Fluency in English language;
* Analytical mind with excellent problem solving skills;
* Effective and efficient communication at all management levels;
* Team player with proven experience in working within a complex environment.
