For one of our partners - global digital payments company-we are looking for - IT Project Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Thorough understanding of business requirements – identification and management of project scope and objectives;
* Analyze and understand end-to-end business processes and requirements – ensure delivery of intended project results;
* Working closely with key stakeholders in order to ensure proper definition of project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities;
* Identification, management and mitigation of risks and critical dependencies - escalate as appropriate and take ownership until their proper resolution;
* Create and properly maintain all project documentation and plans;
* Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders - focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule.

Requirements:
* University Degree in a relevant field;
* At least 3 years of experience in Project Management in an Agile/Scrum/Waterfall environment;
* Excellent knowledge of SDLC;
* Previous experience within a Matrix organization – working with Scrum teams, management and IT;
* Excellent analytical skills and an ability to identify, track and manage risks;
* Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills;
* Capability of applying advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and improve the overall SDLC;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills - conflict and issue resolution, excellent command of * * English language;
* Experience within the FinTech, Banking or Finance industry is a must;
* Project Management Professional, PRINCE 2, or relevant qualification will be considered an advantage;
* Hands-on experience with Confluence, JIRA and JIRA Agile;
* Working knowledge of IT systems, Information Security, and applications.
