For one of our clients – one of the largest companies in the BPO sector – we are looking for a Network Specialist with English and/or French or German or Italian or Spanish.

Responsibilities:
* Resolve the customer's issues via phone, email and chat;
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner – according to company standards;
* Provide customers with product and service information;
* Follow documented process for customer case handling;
* Analyze and provide key issues and trend reports to Service Delivery Management.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English and/or French or German or Italian or Spanish;
* Experience in a technical support environment;
* Knowledge of databases – Oracle, MS SQL/ PL SQL;
* CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification will be considered an advantage;
* Experience configuring routers, switches and other networking devices;
* Customer service oriented with an ability to quickly resolve technical issues.
