Our client is a dynamic consulting company with a focus on providing a complete suite of End-To-End Business Solutions to its customers and partners. The Company is also a direct Cloud Service Provider, offering end-customers all-inclusive services and can manage all aspects of the customer engagement. For their needs we are currently looking for CRM Consultant.On this role you will have the opportunity to:
* Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and industry/vertical solutions;
* Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis;
* Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and add-ons according to the company’s standard methodology;
* Provide on and off-site Microsoft Dynamics CRM system configuration, data migration, system testing, user training and support;
* Participates in Dynamics CRM projects of partners abroad;
* Coordinate with Senior Consultant / developer on solution design, programming and validation;
* Prepare technical specifications for customizations of the products;
* Communicate and escalate issues/project risks appropriately within internal teams;
* Continuously improves his/her technical skills and professional knowledge through trainings and self-study;
* Be up-to-date with capabilities of the competing solutions;
* Demonstrate and share knowledge.
If you have:
* 3+ years of experience in the fields of consulting, services or sales, specialization in one of the above directions;
* 2+ years of experience in implementing of CRM solutions or the same experience as key CRM user;
* Good understanding of business application concepts and terminology;
* Тechnical knowledge and skills related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM including: core application structure, application object structure and relations, migration strategy and tools, security framework;
* Basic technical knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office, Share Point;
* Good analytical and problem solving skills;
