For one of our clients – a globally recognized tech leader – we are looking for Client Solutions Specialist with Latvian, Icelandic, Irish or Italian (Full time and Part Time).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service and support to users of well-known digital products;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing user needs;
• Manage inquiries related to product use, troubleshooting, and technical support through phone, email, and chat;
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless user experience.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Latvian, Icelandic, Irish or Italian (depending on the role);
• Good command of English – B2 level or higher;
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset;
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
