For one of our most respected clients the company BULPROS - an international IT Solutions, Products & Services Corporation, specialized in Cloud, Security and Digital Transformation with focus on Technology and Telecommunications, Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare.

Currently, we are looking for Mobile Team Lead to join their Web and Mobile team.

Duties:

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for providing direction and support to project and development teams, helping the team to provide technical solutions to business requirements and issues, monitoring development schedules and ensuring the delivered solutions meets the technical specifications and design requirements. The Mobile Team Lead should support the line manager in keeping the healthy status of the team by reporting on important team KPIs for the utilization, attrition and budget.

Responsibilities:

Setting up new teams for new initiatives by defining project resource requirements
Manage project resource allocation
Develop full-scale project plans and work in collaboration with the Project Manager to schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Participating in recruitment activities and events
Organizing team events
Develop standards based on the industry best practices
Work closely with the team to improve deployment and integration processes
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Requirements:

BS in computer science, similar discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience developing commercial applications using Android and Android frameworks or/and iOS
Very strong interpersonal and communications skills including both oral and written proficiency (must be able to present effectively to a wide variety of audiences including development teams and partners within the business unit)
The ability to present complex technical topics to a non-technical audience
Solid to expert experience level in one or more programming languages, software engineering methodologies, and software development tools
Experience in architecture design of mobile solutions
Understanding the complete life cycle of design, development, deployment and delivery of a web application
Good understanding of SOA, SPA, Web Services (SOAP and RESTful), OO design, MVC and design patterns
Understanding VCS and different branching strategies
Ability to pick up software, frameworks and APIs
Experience in a professional Agile/Scrum environment
Fluent in English
Preferred experience:

MS in computer science, similar discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience with APIs and systems integrations
Experience with Continuous Delivery approach and Continuous Integration and Build Automation tools
Good knowledge of UML notations and feel comfortable using various diagrams including but not limited to Use Case, Sequence and Class Diagrams
