Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as centre stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process, our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.


Main Responsibilities:

Planning and execution KVP projects (continuous improvement, scrap decreasing, productivity increasing, First-Run-Quota, etc.).
Preparing reports for condition and results of the projects and presenting them to company Management.
Tasks execution covering all departments, initiate implementation of continuous improvement suggestions for improvement cooperation between all departments.
Ensuring support in testing and implementing new systems and production and technology processes and materials.
Monitoring of using working methods and places considering optimally design machines parameters; developing and suggesting of continuous improvement connecting working methods, machines and processes set up in production plan, if necessary initiated changes.
Execution of special tasks regarding improving departments activities/serial production in cooperation with other departments.
Complex tasks execution in cooperation with other employees.
Planning, implementing and optimization of systems and concepts of production planning and management.
Analysis, documentation and optimization process parameters.
Possible additional functions related to the position.
Take part in the created emergency structure at BHTC including the activities connected with evacuation of employees, fire protection and natural disasters as well.


Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Industrial Management, Quality or Electronics;
Good knowledge in Quality certificates used in the Automotive industry;
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D methods, 6Sigma;
Familiar with injection molding or other mechanical processes;
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP;
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German language;
Result oriented and dynamic person with a hands on mentality;
Team player, good communication skills, problem solving skills;
Experience in the field of automotive industry is preferred.
