Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as centre stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process, our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.

Responsibilities:

Management of documents for specifications and Customer specific requirements (CSR)

User Support international:
BPM ticket and Mail-Support
Telephone support

Creation of analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI´s)

Workflow Administration (BPM Workflow)
Review of new and modified requests
Allocating of steering data and responsibilities under allowance of the process owner
Allocating of tasks
Formal review of documents
Publishing documents in the portal
Tracking and escalation of open tasks

Database Administration (Sycat BPM)
Creating / Changing of user and groups under allowance
Definition of distribution lists of documents
Management of licences
Monitoring and controlling of the workflow


Requirements:

Good commands of English and German
Office knowledge
Particularly knowledge/ experience with the Tool SYCAT or an another Document managing tool
Practical experience 1-3 years
Willingness to travel
