For our trusted partner, we’re looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will act as partner for the line managers, handling multiple recruitment processes accross the organization.

Main responsibilities:
· Leading the recruitment processes form junior to senior level positions for different businesses and support functions;
· Working with the Hiring Managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, from setting the profile to conducting testing and interviews and extending the employment offer;
· Negotiating offers, coordinate post-offer activities, and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date;
· Facilitating a positive candidate experience and maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, all while upholding hiring standards;
· Tracking key process measures and maintain the online applicant tracking system;
· Organizing internal assessment centers;
· Supporting the line managers in setting up the onboarding activities for the new employees and in equipment allocation;
· Actively participating in organizing the local youth dedicated events (job fairs, trainings, webinars, CV clinics, Company presentations, apprenticeship programs);
· Collaborating with a regional Recruitment Marketing Team to participate at various Social Media Employer Branding campaigns.

Requirements:
· At least 1 year experience in recruitment and experience with competency based interviewing;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian;
· Strong project management skills - planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management;
· Understanding of the Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.);
· Previous experience in employer branding – would be an advantage.
