About the Company:An international company dedicated to offering top-notch customer service and personalized solutions to its clients. With a focus on delivering excellence and building long-lasting relationships, the company is expanding its team to better serve its German and French-speaking customers. They are seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor fluent in German or French to join their customer service team.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service in German or French via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized advice.
Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, product) to ensure clients' needs are met.
Accurately log client interactions and manage their data using CRM systems.
Continuously stay informed about the company’s products and services.
Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Fluency in either German or French;
Proficiency in English.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (client service, sales, etc.) is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is advantageous.
