About the role
This is a development focused role with elements of technical support in a .NET environment. In this position, you’ll be asked to monitor inbound support requests and be the hero our clients are looking for! You’ll have to be proficient in .NET development stacks to help our clients get to the root of their problem quickly. You’ll need to be an innate problem solver and have the ability to look at things from different angles in order to solve the issue. But never fear as you won’t be in this fight alone - you’ll be coming into a great team that will have your back to help you whenever you need it. So, if this sounds like something you would love doing, here are your day to day challenges:

Track, reproduce and debug customer-reported issues that span multiple layers of the technology stack at various levels of complexity and customer impact
Act as an escalation point for the most complex and in-depth issues
Communicate directly with clients to complete root cause analyses, issue investigation, workarounds and defect resolution
Develop and implement the most complex cases to identify potential software defects, misconfigurations or issues in customer environments
Act as a role model to other support engineers, lead discussions, proactively solvе issues and identify and removе blockers for the entire team
Provide after hours standby support on a rotating base
You're the perfect fit if you have
5+ years of experience with .NET
Strong experience in .NET Framework – MVC, Web API, WCF, Entity Framework
Good understanding of best coding practices
Excellent spoken and written English
Problem-solving experience
Responsible and communicative person
Attention to details: punctuality, scheduling, documentation, record keeping
Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently while focusing on high-priority tasks
And you will receive extra points for
Experience with front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, React
Experience with Cloud service providers - AWS and/or Azure
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Experience troubleshooting and configuring DB, Web and Application servers
Knowledge in JavaEE, EJB 3.x, JPA 2.x, Spring Framework
Performance optimization experience
Experience in multithreaded applications
