As a part of the Process Management Team your role is to interact with and actively support the Process Modelers within the Lufthansa Group.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Support Process Modeler with the visualization of process models (Sandbox models, Process Displays, Process Maps and Organizational Charts) in conformity with the respective LH Group methodology and standards
Assure quality of published Process Models
Perform necessary process adjustments when assigned by Process Modeler
Manage of process related documents within the document management system (DMS)
Monitor the Feedback Management process and editorial process, initiation of escalation process if necessary
Prepare translation report, assign translations to external translation office, monitor translation process and maintain translation within respective Process model
Create Organizational charts within respective process management tool
Participate in continuous development of department KPI’s

Requirements
University degree with a focus on business administration, economics, international business, process management or industrial engineering
Minimum 2 years professional experience in business administration, economics, international business, process management or industrial engineering preferred
Distinct knowledge of business administration processes
Good technical understanding
Excellent communication skills
Proactivity, creativity and high engagement
High level of responsibility, determination, assertiveness and persuasiveness
Stable and professional conduct/ demeanor and conflict behavior as well as intercultural/ cross cultural competence
High degree of problem solving, prioritization, analytical skills and conceptual thinking
Ability to present and transfer complex topics in a precise, clear and structured way
Excellent language skills in German and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge in Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Knowledge of modeling software (e.g. ARIS). Excellent use of email, internet, and other computer tools
Adaptability and ability to work in team
High flexibility and resistance to high workload
Willingness and readiness to conduct business travels abroad from time to time
Willingness for continuing trainings
