Position Overview: Experienced IT Recruiter

We are seeking an Experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment and be fluent in English at a very high level. As an IT Recruiter at Horizons, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a wide range of IT roles, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT hiring needs and business objectives.
Use various sourcing methods, including networking, headhunting, and social media platforms, to find the best candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
Provide professional guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT recruitment.
Fluency in English at a very high level (both written and spoken).
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
